WP1 Management

WP1 was responsible for the overall management and administration of the project and ensuring successful delivery of the project. This covered the project management and coordination of the activities among all the WPs with a special attention to the proposed pilots and to the foreseen exploitation, ensuring that the project outputs (documentation, prototypes, software) have the expected quality by the appropriate review mechanisms and that the project reaches milestones and generates deliverables in a timely manner according to the plan.

The administration of the project included monitoring of the consumption of the project resources throughout the project, regular reporting, communication with the European Commission, organisation of the consortium meetings and General Gathering as well as communication with External Advisory Board.
