LEXIS Platform at EUDAT 2022

The EUDAT Conference 2022 took place on 13-15 September in Athens, Greece. It brought the latest trends and developments in the field of research data management services and helped to network with the most active players in the domain. The event welcomed researchers, scientists, repository and community managers, actors from various projects, research institutions and infrastructures, national and European initiatives, service providers and current EUDAT users. At the same time the conference helped to discover services for research data management, storage, preservation and sharing. The visitors obtained the latest news on the state of the art and use cases of some of the core services for supporting European research. The presenters gained visibility and networked with stakeholders to promote their activities and user communities learnt about new major functionalities.

Stephan Hachinger from the Leibniz Supercomputing Centre and Jan Martinovič from IT4Innovations National Supercomputing Center used this opportunity and promoted the LEXIS Platform at the conference exhibition. Stephan Hachinger also introduced the LEXIS Platform in his talk “The LEXIS Platform: HPC/Cloud Workflows and EUDAT-based Data Management for Big Data Applications”. As part of the conference programme, a dedicated exhibition and networking session were introduced to encourage the establishment of new connections and promote the most innovative services and players in the field.
